Maison Dodo began with a quest to find its own scent. This quest wasn't simply a desire to create a perfume; it was a journey to build an identity, an emotion, a philosophy. Every drop carries a memory; every note a story.

Production process
Design and Modeling: First, the bottle's shape, size, and color are determined. A 3D model is created using design programs to match the brand identity and perfume character.
Mold Preparation: Special molds are prepared for glass bottle production. These molds ensure the bottle possesses both aesthetic and functional properties.
Glass Production: Selected raw materials (glass sand, soda ash, lime) are melted at high temperatures and the bottle form is poured into molds or shaped by blowing.
Cooling and Toughening: The bottles are slowly cooled, increasing the strength and transparency of the glass.
Color and Coating: The desired color, such as amber or transparent, is given and special coatings are applied if necessary.
Inspection and Cleaning: Produced bottles are inspected for cracks, air bubbles, or imperfections. They are then sterilized and clean, ready for perfume filling.
Cap and Valve Assembly: Special caps and spray valves are installed on the bottles. This step is critical to the quality of the perfume.
Packaging: In the final stage, the bottles are placed in their special boxes and made ready for shipment.
Bottle production
Our essences
Fragrance Selection: Top, middle, and base notes are chosen for each perfume to suit its character. The highest quality natural and synthetic options are chosen.
Blend Preparation: The selected essences are measured in predetermined proportions and mixed in glass containers. This step directly affects the balance and quality of the perfume.
Dilution: The mixture is diluted with alcohol or suitable solvents so that it can be used safely and stably on the skin.
Maceration: The mixture is left to rest in a cool, dark environment for a certain period of time. This process is critical for the notes to harmonize and for the perfume to acquire its character.
Filtration and Cleaning: The resting perfume is purified from particles and sediment. This results in a transparent and smooth final product.
At Maison Dodo, the fragrance blending process involves much more than simple mixing. First, the selected essences are precisely heated to 35°C, a temperature that ensures optimal activation of the volatile notes. Special magnetic stirrers combine the essences homogeneously at the molecular level. The alcohol is then prepared in a separate system through an "alcoholization" process—a crucial step to ensure the perfect blend of the alcohol and the essences. The essence and alcohol are combined in specialized machines at a controlled speed and duration, ensuring a balanced and lasting fragrance without altering the chemistry of the blend. This process is carried out with high-tech equipment. The result is a fragrance experience that is both scientifically optimized and emotionally captivating.
Alcoholization
At Maison Dodo, the packaging process combines environmental awareness and aesthetics. Each fragrance is packaged in a special box made from 100% recycled material. The honeycomb-filled wrapping paper used inside is inspired by honeycombs, protecting the products safely while adding a touch of nature. All materials used are recyclable, so each box embodies both elegance and sustainability. Thanks to this meticulous packaging, Maison Dodo fragrances reach you in a manner that respects the environment.
